Resolve I.T. was formed by I.T. support professionals with many years experience who wanted to do something different. The main motivation for setting up the business was to fill a gap in both price and customer experience present in the current market. We knew customers could be better treated and cut costs and that's exactly what Resolve I.T. does!
Our core values are honesty and openness - you can expect to be told precisely what the problem is and what we will do to resolve it. We are aware of similar services (some with a high street presence) that will try and 'create' repairs on a computer in order to get more money from customers. We are always shocked by this as it not only taints the profession but is the exact opposite of how we carry out business. We want to help you and save you money!
How do we differ?
1. You know what you will be spending. Our main services are fixed price and our pricing scheme is very clear. We have tried to keep the service list as concise as possible - no complex and confusing price list to navigate! We tell you how much the cost will be (contacting you before any additional expenses may be incurred, e.g. if a replacement part is needed) and what is covered in each service. No nasty surprises, we promise.
2. You know we will only find the problems that are there. It is not in your interest or ours to tell you something is wrong when it isn't. It creates more work for us and higher bills for you. You will know what the problem is, why it's having the effect it does and what we intend to do to fix it - all in plain English!
