We offer broadband support & will be able to assist you in diagnosing the problem and then passing this on to your ISP who will then be equipped with the knowledge to address the problem.
ISP's regularly struggle to help with technical problems over the phone and often assume it is down to customer's equipment being at fault. As a customer, this can be a frustrating position to be in.
We can test your equipment and establish where the fault lies, if it with your personal equipment and pass this on to your ISP on your behalf. Give us a call if you are experiencing any persistent problems with your broadband and we will resolve the issue once and for all!
Our hourly rate is £44 p/h exc. VAT and you should not expect any work to exceed two hours per job.
