We think you'll agree that the worst part of buying anything online is the lack of information once you've hit 'confirm'. You might get a confirmation email, maybe an invoice too, but then what? Where is your order now? Many online retailers use online sales for their convenience more than the customer's, neglecting to keep them informed of the status of the goods or service(s) they have paid for.
We think we can improve on this by making our repairs coordinators as contactable as possible. They have access to all order information, order status information, as well as the cause of your problems if it's a repair you ordered. For a more immediate reply, just give us a call on either 07854 525976 or 07799 155020 between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday. Our repairs coordinators will answer your call and either take an order, update you on yours if it's already placed or answer a question about the service.
