If there's been an accidental or mechanical loss of your precious photos, videos, music or other file, data recovery help is at hand. First of all, don't panic. Turn off power to the affected device and contact us and arrange the job immediately. Nothing is ever completely lost - if your hard drive has crashed or something has been deleted accidentally, the data can be recovered if there are enough fragments of it remaining.

You contact Resolve IT, describe the problem and we'll work out if you need remote or in-person support.
A Resolve IT engineer either turns up at your door or talks you through setting up a remote support session.
You watch while we takle the problem as fast as possible. Issue is Resolved.
