If you have an problem with your laptop, we can help. Maybe the screen is cracked or maybe your system overheats - whatever the problem, your laptop repair will be carried out quickly and professionally.

Due to their nature, laptops tend to suffer more physical damage than desktop computers. Power input (DC jack) faults are very common, as are damaged screens, keyboards and inverters. Resolve IT offers laptop screen repair, laptop inverter repair, laptop keyboard repair and DC jack repair services at a highly competetive rate. From £15 (exc. VAT) for a 30 minute slot, you could get your laptop hardware repaired for less than £20!

If your laptop is running slowly, you most likely have a software problem - a virus or malware infection. Using our custom remote support software, we can take control of your laptop as if we were sat in front of it. Once in control, we'll sort out any problems whilst you watch!

You contact Resolve IT, describe what problem you're experiencing and we'll work out if you need remote or in-person support.
A Resolve IT engineer either arrives at your door or guides you through setting up a remote support session (it's easy!).
Your system is fixed on-site, in our workshop or remotely. Issue is Resolved!
