In the extremely rare case we cannot obtain the password we will discuss other options with you.
Once ordered, we will arrange collection of your computer (either the base unit of a desktop or a laptop), which is included free in the quoted price. On arrival we will assess your computer and ensure no other issues are causing your problem and get underway with recovering your password(s)!
