Remote support can address a huge variety of problems - provided your hardware is working ok and you have an internet connection, there's not a problem we won't be able to resolve. It works by us talking you through a very simple process that will allow us to take control of your computer right in front of your eyes. Once that is established, we then get on to sorting out the problem. Our custom remote support software is secure, safe and encrypted.

You contact Resolve IT, describe the problem and we'll work out if you need remote or in-person support.
A Resolve IT engineer either turns up at your door or talks you through setting up a remote support session.
You watch while we tackle the problem as fast as possible. Issue is Resolved.
