Remote support can address a huge variety of problems - provided your hardware is working ok, there's not a problem we won't be able to resolve. It works by us talking you through a very simple process that will allow us to take control of your computer right in front of your eyes and sorting out the problem. Three levels of the remote support service are available, read on to find out which level you may require:
Remote Support Basic
Our basic remote support service, which includes optimisation of your computer, installation of a piece of software you may have, transferring data (photos, music etc.) between your computer and mobile device and setting up parental controls on your computer.
Remote Support Maintenance
Our mid-tier remote support service, which includes installation and configuration of your anti-virus software, diagnostic fault-finding to determine the cause of the issues you may be facing, installing the latest updates to your system and optimising your network connection.
Remote Support Rescue
Our top remote support service, which includes data backup and restore, system rescue and virus/adware removal. This is the service for you if your system is really causing you problems and not cooperating at all!.
